Abteilung: Please enter the desired sports department in which you or your child should be admitted.
Persönliche Daten: Fill out first name, last name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, address, phone number and email address completely.
Kontoverbindung: IBAN and name of account holder are required as the fee is collected by direct debit.
• Adult members sign themselves.
• For minors, a legal guardian must also sign.
• The privacy policy (back side) must be signed.
